This 2,5 hour workshop opens a space to explore yourself and your creativity. Meditating as well as working with our hands and clay invites you to reconnect with yourself and be present in the moment. That's why we would like to invite you to share this experience of combining Meditation & Clay together with us.

Time: Wednesdays 6:55-9:30pm

Freddi from Peace of Mind studios will start with a 30 minutes meditation that will help you to reconnect with your body and senses. The following two hours will be a playful handbuilding workshop in which we will engage with the organic material, without focussing on certain physical outcomes but rather extending the meditative state, allowing to feel the sensation of working intuitively with clay. Afterwards claï studio will finish your pieces by glazing up to 4 pieces per person in food-safe glossy transparent glaze for you.

How to prepare for the class: For the classes you might want to wear something you wouldn‘t mind getting a little dirty as well as shorten your finger nails. We will provide an apron and everything that's needed for every participant.

Pick-Up: Finalizing your pieces might take between 3-6 weeks. Once your pieces are ready, you will be notified via email and might pick up your pieces during our Open Studio Hours on Thursdays between 5-9pm.

Our workshops are held on a monthly basis so there will be a chance for everyone to make a booking according to their schedule. Otherwise please make sure your friend is available for the date you have booked and see our cancellation or rebooking policy below.

Cancellation Policy: In case you need to cancel your booking please do so one month prior to our first session in order to get a full refund. If you cancel more than 14 days before the class you are eligible for a refund about 50% of the price you paid. Any cancellations later than 14 days before the class can’t be refunded. You are welcome to pass your participation to a friend if you beforehand send an email including your friend’s name. Also please make sure to block all dates of the sessions as they are fixed. Missed classes cannot be reimbursed or repeated.

Rebooking of classes: 

You can change the date of your booking up to 14 days before the class to another class according to current availabilities. Please be aware that our classes are often sold out in advance and that you therefore might need to wait a few months. A rebooking fee of €15 applies to any modification to the original booking (like classes, dates or participants) and helps cover our administrative costs. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions.

Number of participants: The workshop will be held in a small group of six participants. The minimum number of participants in order for this class to take place is four. 

Location: All classes take place at our Studio at Christinenstraße 32 in 10119 Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.
